My sister Ann was here for a week

I was still fairly weak from my time in the hospital and Ann came out to help with the house and with Margaret. She also stayed for John’s birthday party. We celebrated the occasion by going out to North Head (the headlands that go between Sydney Harbour and the Tasman Sea).

While she was here Ann didn’t get much time to explore in Sydney. I’m hoping she can come back and I can take her around to see more of the city. She did do the Manly to Spit Bridge walk, a stroll and a hike that is about 12 kilometers long. On another day we went into Sydney and explored a bit of the Botanic Gardens. But mostly we just stayed in Manly and I rested.
