Brown Bottoms
Preheat oven to 350. Mix to form batter:1 ½ c flour
¼ c cocoa
1 c sugar
1/3 c oil
½ t salt
1 t baking soda
1 c water
1 T vinegar
1 t vanilla
Topping:
1 beaten egg
1/3 c sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1/8 t salt
6 oz chocolate chips
Place cupcake papers into muffin tin. Fill half way with batter and add a little less than 1 T of topping. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Don't brown the tops.
