Chicken Meatballs/Meatloaf

500 g/1 lb. chicken or turkey mince
2 TBSP soy sauce
4 TBSP sweet chili sauce
1-5 cloves minced garlic (depending on taste)

Instead of using egg as a binder make the meat moist enough to not need egg. Instead of frying meatballs bake them. Makes more healthy and still tastes good.

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mush around to mix. Shape into meatballs or press into loaf.

Bake at 350 degrees F until cooked through. Ground turkey or chicken is done when it registers 165 degrees F.

Serve with spicey tomato-onion relish.
